This is so exciting! Almost by accident I've landed a new job, and it's at the Victoria SPCA! My first day is this Saturday, so I'm sure I'll have lots to write about.

Actually Ange, I wasn't looking for a job! That's the weirdest part! I'm still at my same old job until the 1st week of May (end of tax season) but I've already told them I'm quitting then. This SPCA thing came at me out of the blue. I had a spur-of-the-moment job interview and I'm only working weekends at the shelter until my other job is over...it's gonna be busy for me for the next eight weeks!
Oh yeah, job title: "Kennel Assistant".
